If this is your first DUI, or if it has been more than ten years since the end of probation on a previous DUI, you are likely going to be facing a misdemeanor charge.. If convicted of felony DUI, you are facing a minimum of one year in the Department of Corrections with a maximum of five years and a fine of up to $2,500. 47 Okla. Stat. 11-902 (D).
